We collect personal information and non-personal information from you at several different points, including but not limited to, (i) when you register with us; (ii) when you visit our website or click on images or links within our website; (iii) when you contact us for help; (iv) apply for credit with a dealer or one of our finance partners; (v) provide payment card information for one of our products or services; (vi) subscribe to newsletters or provide feedback; (vii) open email newsletters or click on links within those emails; and (viii) participate in surveys, sweepstakes or other promotions.
Personal information is information that can be used to personally identify you, for example your name, phone number, and e-mail address. Non-personal information is information that cannot be used to personally identify you, for example, anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.
We collect certain Information that users voluntarily provide to us. For example, we collect the email addresses of those who contact us by e-mail. We also collect Information that you voluntarily provide to us in surveys. When you register for a Tensor.Exchange account, we collect your full name, e-mail address, zip code and a password chosen by you. As described above, we use that Information to serve you, to improve the content of our Services, and to contact you for marketing purposes.

We may also use video recording tools (such us Hotjar) to help us identifying usability issues on our website.
We combine information provided to us. For example, we may combine information that we have collected offline with information we collect online. We may combine information about our transactions and experiences with you with other information we have collected from you. We may also combine financial information we learn about you with other information we collect. Or we may combine information we get from a third party with information we already have. We may also combine previously anonymous information like IP address with other information we have collected to identify an individual.
We maintain presence on several social networking and blogging platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter, and we also incorporate some third party social networking features into our Services. Through these platforms and features, we receive information about you, and this Privacy Policy applies to that information as well. In addition, third party social networking platforms and blogging platforms have their own privacy policies which explain how the third parties that provide them will use and protect your information. In accordance with those policies (and your privacy settings within your social networking accounts) information about your activities relating to the use of our website may be published to your social network.

We may use personal Information that we collect about you to: (i) deliver the products and services that you have requested; (ii) schedule appointments with dealers (if applicable); (iii) manage your customer relationship and provide you with customer support; (iv) perform analysis about your use of the Services; (v) communicate with you by e-mail, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you; (vi) enforce our terms and conditions; (vii) manage our business; (viii) respond to investigation, court orders, legal process, or to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law; (ix) deliver coupons and other marketing communications via text or SMS, which, by providing your mobile number to Tensor.Exchange, you have expressly consented to receive; (x) send promotional materials, newsletters or other content via email, text message, or otherwise (if you no longer wish to receive a particular email newsletter or other promotion from Tensor.Exchange, you must follow the opt-out instructions included in such email newsletters, text messages, or promotions); (xi) permit third parties (to whom we may disclose personally identifiable information specifically for direct marketing purposes) to send you promotional or informational messages, but only if you have first affirmatively agreed to receive such messages; or (xii) perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
We may, and you authorize us to, transfer your Information, including personal information, to any of our affiliates for the purpose of processing or storage. Additionally, we may, and you authorize us to transfer your Information to the extent that: (i) we have your written consent; (ii) transfer is being made to other Tensor.Exchange entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described in this Privacy Policy; (iii) transfer is done in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or liquidation of Tensor.Exchange; (iv) transfer is necessary for vendors to perform certain functions on our behalf; (v) we believe, in our own sole discretion, that transfer is necessary to limit our liability or protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of our Company, its affiliated companies, this website or its users or to investigate violations of our agreements or Company policies; or (vi) transfer is required by law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process or requirement applicable to our Company.
Non-Personal Information. We use non-personal Information to help us improve the Services and customize the user experience. We also aggregate non-personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns for the Services. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of non-personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such non-personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Information with third parties without your consent. Information collected from you may be stored and processed in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) or any other country in which our Company or agents or contractors work or maintain facilities, and by using our Services, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
We will retain any Information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the business purpose it was collected. We will also retain and use any Information for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your Information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your Information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
We may also offer message boards, bulletin boards, chat rooms, comments areas or other forums (“Forums”) on the Tensor.Exchange website for use by visitors who are 18 years of age or older. Any information you disclose when posting a message in these Forums may become public. You should not include any information in your posting that you do not want other parties to see or use. Moreover, if you post any messages in the Forums that include your email address or phone number you may receive unsolicited emails or calls from third parties.
Account Information. If your Information changes, or if you no longer desire to use the Services, you can correct, update, or delete inaccuracies by making the change within your profile settings or by contacting us at contact@tensor.exchange or through Discord.
Promotional Communications. You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail or by contacting us at contact@tensor.exchange. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate to us, we may continue to send you administrative e-mails including, for example, updates to our Privacy Policy.
Access Rights. Reasonable access to your Information may be provided at no cost upon request made to contact@tensor.exchange. If access cannot be provided within the time frame requested, our Company will provide the requesting party a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, we will provide an explanation as to why access has been denied.
Children’s Rights. Because of the nature of our business, our Services are not designed to appeal to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children. No information should be submitted to or posted at Tensor.Exchange by visitors younger than 18 years old.

To the extent that you access or use the Services through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that website or application. Other. Our Company sites may use third parties to present or serve the advertisements that you may see at its web pages and to conduct research about the advertisements and web usage. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
